Mia is your favorite oversized boyfriend shirt - in dress form. This version is in an Italian cotton, yarn dye, mens shirting stripe, with a contrast white collar. The stripe is a beautiful shade of light khaki with a multi blue and variegated white pinstripe.

I’ve been exploring shirting and tailored pieces from BAACAL more and more and this was an unexpected hero piece for me.
It’s intentionally designed to be oversized but don’t be dissuaded- there’s so much versatility!
Fabric is heaven: it’s premium cotton poplin that is finely milled and incredibly soft. It softens more and more with washes. Steams like a dream- one pass with the steamer and it’s perfectly pressed.
I’ve worn the dress solo, wear it around my home for zoom meetings- pair it with a belt when I want more shape, pair it with pants for an unexpected twist. I’ve also worn as a lightweight jacket with jeans and t shirt.
I can’t rave about it enough and it’s a classic.
My only feedback: I wish it came with a removable fabric waist belt for more styling options. But you can use your own belt!
