Shipping + Returns
Shipping is free within the continental US. Orders will ship in 2-3 business days. International shipping: any customs, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of receipt, as required based on your location, are solely the responsibility of the recipient.
Returning an item couldn’t be easier! Try your purchases on in the comfort of your home; if you aren’t completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the day of receipt to return or exchange for another size or color. Return shipping is free for returns within the continental U.S. We also offer easy returns for international customers.
Email teambaacal@Baacal.com for a pre-paid return label, to exchange an item, or with any questions. For fastest service please include your order number and the applicable item.
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and will not be accepted if the security ribbon is removed or tampered with. Do not cut or remove the security ribbon until you are satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment or as merchandise credit (at customer request). Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. A handling & processing fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund amount per item. Customers outside the continental US are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns are processed approximately 2-5 business days after Baacal’s receipt of goods. Please retain your tracking to monitor your return shipment’s progress. Note some credit card companies may take up to 15 days to post credits to your account. If you have concerns after the 15 days from Baacal’s receipt of return, please email teambaacal@Baacal.com.
Items denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please email your order number and the item you wish to return to teambaacal@Baacal.com for a pre-paid return label. Customers outside the continental US are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note we are not responsible for lost packages if they are not able to be tracked.
Damages or Defects
While rare, if you receive an item with damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us as soon as possible. Email teambaacal@Baacal.com with an image of the item and your order number. A customer service specialist will be in touch to assist you with next steps for a replacement. Refunds are not issued on any item past the 30 day return window.
