Shipping
Ground shipping is free within the continental US for orders over $50. Orders will ship from our warehouse in 2-5 business days, unless the item is marked “Preorder”. Preorders ship within 2–5 business days after the merchandise arrival date. Please allow standard ground shipping time in addition to processing time.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you select overnight or 2-day shipping, please allow 24 hours for processing prior to shipment (excluding weekends). We will always prioritize shipping as soon as logistically possible.
International shipping INCLUDING CANADA: Any shipping costs, customs, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of receipt, as required based on your location, are solely the responsibility of the recipient. We do not cover international shipping charges or international return shipping charges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns
Returning an item is simple and easy. Try your purchase(s) on in the comfort of your home. All returns must be in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached. BAACAL must receive the item(s) back within 30 days from the day of receipt to be eligible for refund or exchange.
For defective or damaged items, California law may provide rights beyond our standard 30-day return window. If you discover a defect after 30 days, please contact us and we will review eligibility in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Items discounted 30% or more off the original MSRP — whether through sale pricing, promo codes, automatic discounts, or combined promotions — are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
This applies to Sale, Promotional Code, and/ or Promotionally priced items, with final discounts reflecting a savings of 30% or more off the original MSRP. Any items marked "Final Sale" in the product listing cannot be returned or exchanged.
Provided the above conditions of return are met, BAACAL will issue a refund of the garment’s net sales price to the original purchase method, or a merchandise credit, minus a $12 return and restock fee. Any original shipping charges are not refundable. If you prefer to EXCHANGE an item for equal or greater value, we will waive the return/ restock fee. Restocking fees do not apply to returns resulting from defective or incorrect items.
Returns are processed approximately 2-5 business days after BAACAL’s receipt of goods. Refunds are processed approximately 2-5 business days after BAACAL’s receipt of goods if return is accepted. Please retain your tracking to monitor your return shipment’s progress. Note some credit card companies may take up to 14 days to post credits to your account. Return Shipping
All returns are subject to a $12 return / restock fee.
*We will waive the return/ restock fee for an exchange of equal or greater value. Our customer service team is here to help you locate the correct size or item!
Use this form to Get in Touch with us. Please include your order number and the item you wish to return for a pre-paid return label. Please also indicate if you prefer to exchange an item or have any questions. Customers outside the continental US are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please ensure that your package is scanned at drop-off to the authorized carrier. BAACAL is not responsible for return packages until they are received and scanned into our warehouse. Please retain your drop-off scan receipt. Note BAACAL is not responsible for lost packages if they are not able to be tracked. Any item shipped without a return label provided by BAACAL is fully the customer’s risk and expense.
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and will not be accepted if the security tag or hang tag is removed or tampered with. Do not cut or remove the security tag and/or hang tag until you are satisfied with your purchase.
Items must be received within 30 days and shipped promptly enough to meet that requirement.
Items showing signs of wear, including makeup, perfume, deodorant, or pet hair, are not eligible for return.
Damages or Defects
While rare, if you receive an item with damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us as soon as possible. Get in Touch with an image of the item, the issue, and your order number. A customer service specialist will be in touch to assist you with next steps for a replacement. Refunds are not issued on any item past the 30-day return window.
We take great care to ensure quality. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please notify us as soon as possible. Contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so that our customer service team can assist you with next steps.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you, in accordance with applicable California consumer protection laws. Restocking fees and return shipping charges do not apply to defective or incorrect items.
While our standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery, California law may provide warranty rights for defects discovered after this period. If you believe your item is defective after 30 days, please contact us and we will review your claim in accordance with those rights.
Refunds are processed approximately 2–5 business days after we receive and evaluate the item. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost once the defect is verified.
