These are excellent pants. I own a pair of the original Becca pants that I wear constantly..so I grabbed all three colors in the cropped version. The Glen Plaid linen is my favorite - such a soft, lush linen. The overall fit is very flattering. My stomach/waist fluctuates quite a bit, but this waistband is very forgiving. I am 5’10’ (short torso/long legs) and these hit me a bit higher from my ankle bone than I prefer. There was enough fabric for my tailor to add two inches of length, while keeping the cropped look. I am usually a 12/14 bottom in mass brands and most of my Baacal pants are Size 1. I tried a Size 2 in the Becca Cropped, but they were a bit too oversized, but not quite slouchy. Sixe 1 gives me more a body-skimming (not tight or snug) fit through the waist.

I gravitate toward a more tailored shirtdress, but tried this more relaxed style because I loved the styling on IG. This is such a keeper that I own it in two colors and two sizes. Fabric is great and wears well throughout the day..and pretty much across all seasons. I am a 12/14 in most store brands with a more rectangular/athletic shape. The Size 1 fits, but I sized up to a 2 on the second one I bought in order to get that slightly oversized look seen on the models and for a little more room around my bust.

I got tons of compliments wearing this dress to a wedding! I much prefer the plunge neckline, the other way seems very conservative on me. I do have to wear a bra with it (g cups), but the shirring might work well for others.

as someone who dresses modest, I am always on the hunt for pieces that allow me to make items in my wardrobe more modest. THIS IS STUNNING.

Obviously if you’re not modest, this is going to have all the sexy yet demure vibes.

For me, I wear my lace top for layering- and I am saving up to score more colorways.

I layer with slip dresses and sleeveless tops for modesty but also more drama :)

I've worn this dress 4 times since I received it 2 weeks ago, because I'm that obsessed with it. I love how versatile this dress is! I've worn it with and without a bra, and I've worn both necklines. I love that it can be worn more dramatically with a lower neckline. I love that I can wear it in "sport mode" (the ballerina neckline side) with a comfy bra and it still looks and feels great, and the bra doesn't show. I've dressed it up and dressed it down. The fabric is perfectly light, so I'm excited it will work as a summer dress too (where I live, the summers get VERY hot). It just feels amazing. This was my first purchase from Baacal, and really my first slow fashion purchase ever. It felt like a leap of faith, but it was very worth it.

I am obsessed with this dress! The print is divine and the craftsmanship is stellar. I wore my normal bra with no issues which is always a plus!

As a fan of both Baacal and Becca Murray, I'd been eyeing these pants since they'd been announced. I didn't buy from the first Becca x Baacal collection but I'm so glad I grabbed these—first of all, the fit is perfect. The weight of the black and white plaid is perfect for spring/summer. I'm in love with these pants! Can't recommend enough!

These pants are a dream and so well made. My weight fluctuates so its so nice finally have a piece of serious clothing that will move with me. Plus they’re extremely flattering. I can wear them to work or throw on a slinky top and wear them out at night, or even wear them with a vintage t and sneakers to the farmers marker. This particular style is made with the nicest feeling linen which is ideal for the warmer months (or all year long in Florida).

Just got this in the mail today. It is perfect. As someone who is always too warm, I miss out on layering. This is weightless and timeless.

I was fully prepared for these pants not to work. I've got 40" waist and 57" hips. In general, my bottom half is a size bigger than my top half. I have wide hips and a fat belly that I adore, but pants never work for me. I mostly wear dresses and skirts because I hate how most plus size pants fit. When I put these on, it was clear how much care and work was put into the pattern of these pants. The fit is BEAUTIFUL and the wool is so comfy (not itchy at all.) I just bought my 2nd and 3rd pairs of these pants because it's so rare for a brand to take such care for fat people. If you're like me and have a fat belly that is never accommodated, I urge you to give these pants a try. Thank you, Baacal! Can't wait to see what other pants you bring out next.

I hate pants shopping because they never fit right in the belly. This was the first pair of trousers that accommodated my belly (I'm hourglass shaped with a fat apron belly). I am so so so excited to wear these! They look so good and they're so comfy. The fit alone makes these worth the price for me. The size chart is accurate. I have a 40” waist and 57” hips and bought size 4. That they're 100% wool is the added bonus. I'm definitely buying more.
