Yes — we ship internationally to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and domestically to Hawaii and Puerto Rico at separate rates. International orders (including Canada) are responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due upon arrival.
International orders, including Canada, may be subject to customs, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees at the time of delivery. These are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business days (excluding preorders). Standard ground shipping is free within the continental US on orders over $50 and typically arrives in about 4 days. Need it faster? Expedited 2-Day and Overnight options are also available (rates may vary), both requiring 24 business hours of processing, excluding weekends.
Orders with multiple items — especially preorders, or items coming from different inventory locations — can leave our warehouse at different times and arrive in separate packages. Each shipment gets its own tracking confirmation, so don't worry if part of your order arrives before the rest.
Because we begin processing orders quickly, we can't always guarantee an address change once it's placed. Contact our customer care team right away through our contact form, and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, JCB, Elo, Klarna, and Afterpay. Accepted methods are subject to change.

Not automatically. Items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. Items discounted 30% or more (via sale, promo code, or promotion) are eligible for store credit or exchange only — not a refund.
A $12 restocking fee is deducted from refunds or merchandise credit. It's waived if you exchange for an item of equal or greater value, and it never applies to defective or incorrect items.
Contact our customer care team right away with photos of the issue and your order number. Confirmed defective items are repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost — no restocking or return-shipping charge applies.
Final Sale means the item cannot be returned or exchanged outside of our defective-item policy. These are typically our deepest-discounted styles.

Deadstock is existing fabric — overrun, surplus, or discontinued rolls already sitting in mills and warehouses — rather than yardage newly manufactured for us. Building collections around deadstock, plus recycled and vintage fabric from the LA garment district, means we're not adding to fashion's oversupply of virgin textile production, one of the industry's biggest sources of waste. It's a harder way to design — you're constrained by what already exists rather than ordering exactly what you want — but it's core to how BAACAL sources every collection.

BAACAL gift cards can be purchased directly on our site starting at $50 — search 'Gift Card' or visit the gift card product page to choose an amount and send it by email.
Your gift card balance is included in the confirmation email sent when it's purchased or redeemed. If you can't locate it, our customer care team can look up the balance for you.
At checkout, enter your gift card code in the gift card/discount code box and click Apply — the balance is deducted from your order total automatically.

We don't offer retroactive price adjustments for items purchased before a sale or promotion began.
